Very disappointing experience and if only their attention to detail was as impressive as their email marketing. We interviewed a few house cleaning teams and went with Ansley. While we were looking for just a ‘regular’ clean, they insisted we needed a deep clean which was over double the cost. During the walk through, their representative pointed to the areas that needed deep cleaning before regular maintenance cleans – fan blades, tops of door frames, underneath kitchen cabinets, dirty light fixtures, etc. So we agreed to start with the deep clean.
