Alex and Nick and the wonderful lady who helped me at the office are all super nice, professional, and knowledgeable about their jobs. They were all very helpful in getting my pool not only winterized but cleaned and ready to go for the next user of our pool. The only thing I am sorry about is that I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner. Go with Buffalo Pool, the best in Buffalo!
Top rate! We've been doing business with Custom Maid for many years now, and never had any issues. We're on a biweekly house cleaning plan. The crew is always friendly and professional, and the office is a pleasure to work with if we have to adjust the schedule. Pricing is reasonable, and the house sparkles when they're done. @Cassie’s team… while all their names start with C, they are definitely the A team. The people who sold us our house unfortunately left it in filthy condition. These 3 ladies came in and worked their butts off for SEVEN hours to help us get the house in a better condition so that we finally feel comfortable to start unpacking. Highly recommend this crew!
They were very punctual and quick to respond, which is good. They did a deep clean of the apartment for a move out clean - charged me $400. Unfortunately, they were not detail oriented in the least. I had to keep reminding them to get the cupboards, windows, and mop the floor. Towards the end, they left in a rush and did not give me enough time to inspect the apartment. The bathroom room was not properly mopped. The fridge door and dishwasher door also had stains that I cleaned up later. Would recommend for rush jobs and superficial cleans, not for deep cleans/ moveout cleans.
We hired Buffalo Cleaning Services to do a “Move out cleaning” after our tenants moved. Alex was very flexible with scheduling and promptly responded to each communication we sent. On cleaning day, Alex text us that he and Nicole would be arriving at 10:30 and he right on time. They did a great job. In two and a half hours, they were able to do what would have taken me two and a half days. I will definitely be calling them again!
Great pricing and scheduling all around, staff and employees are professional and courteous. The value and pricing are notable for a time strapped family and allows us to make sure we keep coming home to clean and tidy and atmosphere without dedicating every second of our free time to cleaning ourselves. We opted for twice monthly and for a family with 3-Kids and a stay at home mom I find that to be very suited to an addition of my wife keeping it clean for us. Overall happy with the services and price, Chloe our cleaner is great and friendly.

$350–400 Incredibly attentive folks here and the quality of the work is amazing. At first I was taken aback by how long the cleanings were taking because I wasn't used to it, but it's been several cleanings now and it feels so good to walk into a pristine house after their done. All of their employees are trustworthy and they have demonstrated that they are very open to feedback. Their prices are on the higher end of what I've paid in the past but they deliver consistently top-end service. Absolutely worth the cost.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my deep cleaning. We had a team of two and the service lasted about 3 1/2 hours for a house around 1400 sq ft 3b/3b. Everything looks and smells amazing. With a traveling husband and active 4 year old, it can be hard to give attention to detail consistently in the home but Moxie Maids really focused on the hard to reach areas in the home and I look forward to working with them again in the near future to maintain the thorough job that was done

Very disappointing experience and if only their attention to detail was as impressive as their email marketing. We interviewed a few house cleaning teams and went with Ansley. While we were looking for just a 'regular' clean, they insisted we needed a deep clean which was over double the cost. During the walk through, their representative pointed to the areas that needed deep cleaning before regular maintenance cleans - fan blades, tops of door frames, underneath kitchen cabinets, dirty light fixtures, etc. So we agreed to start with the deep clean.
The team at Helix is top notch. Everyone from the office staff to the service technicians are detail orientated and easy to work with. We use Helix for a 10,000 sqft commercial space and they leave it sparkling every time.

Good day, after the runner was dry we are not satisfied with the final result. The edges of the runner is still very dirty. The area rug turned out good but the runner needed a little more elbow grease to it. No one has returned my call, or text Chem dry is now saying I hey don’t recall doing service with me . But I received the link to do the review.
I hired SparklyMaids to clean my apartment and it was horrible. The cleaner left puddles of cleaning solution on my floor, and when I wiped them up it had stripped the varnish off the wood.
I have had the pleasure of renting from Brays investments/Imperial cleaning. They always made sure that the trailer was in the best condition and having someone out to fix any problems. The rent was very reasonable and affordable. If I ever had to rent again I'd definitely rent from them again
Company only offered my “requested refund” AFTER review was posted. I asked the manager to come take a look at the house to see why I was so upset, instead of resending the crew and they declined. Also, adding an additional photo after we cleaned the house. I should’ve took more, but frankly I was too busy cleaning. I do not recommend and would never rehire this compan

The service did a great deep cleaning. There were 3 cleaners over 5 hours and they even did built-ins and inside windows. They got the mold out of the shower and our white kitchen sink hasn’t been so clean since we put it in. They were very communicative on schedule, arrival and what is included. I would highly recommend if you need a deep clean. Also, the place smells great and you can see that all the dust is gone!

Wow, don’t waste your time. I have more work cut out for me now after Molly meet has been here then I did before. I have to reposition the cushions in my couch. I have to relay my rugs. I have to clean the entire house now because it is worse off now than it was before they even showed up. Make it make sense! They charged me $500 And I have so much work cut out for me. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not even call this place.

I hired Morfin to clean my 6-unit condo building's front carpeted stairs. The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 1:30-2:00pm but did not arrive until 3:45pm. I did not get an updated ETA and had to reach out to Morfin to ask if the team was still coming. The staff member who came was very nice and did all of the specific things I pointed out, but I realized after he left that he had not cleaned the baseboards (I didn't specifically ask for this as I thought it was included), the window sills were still a little dirty (though it looked like he had done a quick wipe) and he had not vacuumed the top landing of the carpeted stairs, which he may not have seen. Giving 3 stars because the price is good and communication with the admin of the company was always quick, but I expected more attention to detail from staff and would hope that scheduled services would arrive on time, or at least let me know they were going to be late.

I've had a lot of issues with a few past cleaning companies: showing up late, scratching surfaces and not taking ownership, and just not doing a very thorough job. I found Maid for Chicago through various searches and some research and after reading all of the great reviews I thought I'd give them a try. From the get-go, owner Dan was great to talk to. He understood my past issues and based on that, set me up with a team of two who he thought would be perfect. Today was our first cleaning with Ana and Leonor, a mother-and-daughter team who couldn't be nicer and they were terrific. They arrived 10 minutes early to unload and set up and started exactly on time. They were so thorough and did such a great job that I am going to continue to work with Maid for Chicago on a bi-weekly basis. Another bonus is that the staff are full-time and not contractors, which I fully support. Couldn't be happier and hopefully, this is the last company I need to try...seems to be that way based on day one.

Hired them last year for a deep clean and the team barely did anything. The unit was cleared out (no furniture) and they didn't wipe down baseboards, light switches, didn't clean out cabinets--nothing. They were done within 30 minutes. They offered me a credit toward a future service when I sent them photos of everything they hadn't cleaned, but I won't use them again after how poorly they did. Huge waste of money.

We cannot say enough about Buddy and his wife Genie, the amazing owners of COIT Restoration! My lady and I had been searching everywhere in Salt Lake to get our silk rug cleaned before our newborn arrives, and honestly, the process was frustrating either we were ignored, people never showed up, or they quoted us far outside our $1,000 budget also no one would inspect our rug for free but Buddy did and gave us his professional opinion and peace of mind.

After working with their customer service, I've missed their 're-clean' window, which I didn't know what a thing, and they aren't offering me any money back, only credit towards future service. Why would I give them any more money?? Gross. Waste of money.

Our cleaner did a spectacular job, even when the job was bigger than expected. She worked steadily until the job was done, only taking the mandatory breaks required by law. Our apartment looked move-in ready when she left. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with the deep cleaning service. They were efficient and cleaned my 1 bedroom apartment top to bottom in 2 hours. I had a few specific things I wanted cleaned that they made sure to include. My apartment smelled fresh and not like harsh chemicals, they were able to remove a pesky stain I had on the quartz countertop, and they even folded the toilet paper like they do at a hotel 😍 I’m very happy with the service and would book again!

Fantastic service, awesome job! If you need your carpet done don’t call anyone else they are super professional very friendly and do a fantastic job! I was in a huge pinch because I have guests coming the next day and they showed up for me at 10 pm which is not in their usual work hours but they did it for me since I was in a panic! so it would be good for the next day! Not sure anyone would be able to give better service than them!
