Morfin Cleaning Services

I hired Morfin to clean my 6-unit condo building’s front carpeted stairs. The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 1:30-2:00pm but did not arrive until 3:45pm. I did not get an updated ETA and had to reach out to Morfin to ask if the team was still coming. The staff member who came was very nice and did all of the specific things I pointed out, but I realized after he left that he had not cleaned the baseboards (I didn’t specifically ask for this as I thought it was included), the window sills were still a little dirty (though it looked like he had done a quick wipe) and he had not vacuumed the top landing of the carpeted stairs, which he may not have seen. Giving 3 stars because the price is good and communication with the admin of the company was always quick, but I expected more attention to detail from staff and would hope that scheduled services would arrive on time, or at least let me know they were going to be late.
